Is it possible to buy a Code Singing Cerificate in India?

I run my business in the USA and I need to buy a Code Signing Certificate. Now I found that the Code Signing Certificate is much more expensive within the US. I checked a website of an india based shop and found that the prices are much more cheap there. Within the US I pay for the same certificate nearly 5 times as much.

Is it possible to purchase the Code Signing Certificate simply on the website I found?
