How can I use Wordpress and Django at the same time?

I have a Django website where I would like to run a blog using WordPress. Is it possible to run the blog on the same site using WordPress? Is it possible to use it by setting up WordPress on a subdomain? I appreciate your help in advance.

Change the .htaccess file in the root of your subdomain

You just have to create a .htaccess file for the subdomain for WordPress. Place it in the root directory of your subdomain. Your root directory for the subdomain should look somewhat like this ~/example.com/public/subdomain./. You just have to place an extra line on the .htacceess file. It is-

PassengerEnabled off

Then the subdomain will ignore Django and you can maintain it using WordPress.
